I understand it dearly. In 1996, I left McKinsey & Co. as a highly paid consultant to pursue my entrepreneurial dream. I started and successfully built multi-million dollar companies in the trading, e-commerce, ERP, distribution, and financial service industries. I used everything I learned from my MBA (GSB, Chicago) and my McKinsey training to succeed but I always ran into this paradox:
The more profit my company generated, the more stressed I became.
Eventually, I was burned out and my business jeopardized my health and my relationship with my family. After a period of struggle, I left my highly successful company, at that time growing at 150% p.a. and backed by 5 listed companies, to search for an alternative way to succeed.
After 3 years, I have found that alternative way - a system called Wealth Dynamics (http://www.wealthdynamics.org). Applying Wealth Dynamics, I built 5 successful companies since then. The difference for me this time is that working seamlessly as a team, these companies manage to double profit every 12 months and yet, nobody becomes stressed.

Frances is known as the WISE Lady - Wealth Insights Serving Entrepreneurs. She is personally trained by Roger Hamilton, the creator of Wealth Dynamics, and also is a lead trainer for other Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioners. She has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and worked for Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, and A.T. Kearney as senior managers before she started Karisma Learning Institute.
Allan is known as Dr. OIC for his ability to bring opening, insights and clarity. Allan is a Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner specialized in entrepreneurship. Allan has successfully created over 10 businesses and is currently the Chairman of Karisma Group with companies in training, marketing and investment services. Allan has an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.
